Researchers develop a new technology to produce electricity from aluminum.


 


 


The Institute for Energy Technology (ITE), along with JAP Energy Environmental S.L. and Indetec has completed the development of a new technology that obtaining hydrogen is sought from aluminum waste and ammonia and using a process based on the reaction between aluminum and water. Hydrogen produced feed a fuel cell, which generates energy to be used in various purposes.
